Forrest Street Consulting agrees to provide:
One, 6-foot table dressed in black cloth for the purpose of vending goods/ services at the 2024 Live2Lead Conference at the Grandview Event Center on January 25, 2024.
Lunch for up to 2 organization company/representatives
An audience of 200 conference participants
Vendor agrees to:
Sell their goods or services at the 2024 Live2Lead Conference at the Grandview Event Center on January 25, 2024.
Have table set up 15 minutes prior to the start of selected time.
Donate a minimum of one item, service or gift card as a door prize (minimum value: $50)
Pay $200 vendor fee by December 1, 2023.
Due to space limitations, all vendors who apply may not able to be a conference vendor but we will do our best to accommodate those who express interest.
All vendors will be notified no later than December 1, 2023 if they are selected and will be asked to sign a contract.
The contract and a nonrefundable payment of $200 will be due no later than December 1, 2023.
Vendor space is not secured until both the contract and the payment are received.
