Betty Dye

Betty Dye serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority. Her role encompasses extensive oversight of day-to-day operations, leadership initiatives, labor relations, compensation strategies, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, policy formulation, and the enhancement of Human Resources Management programs. With a robust background spanning 30 years in Human Resources, Betty has honed expertise in recruitment and talent management, HR systems administration, workers’ compensation, and records management. Her journey commenced as a Human Resources Professional, evolving into roles as a mentor and personal development coach. Betty pursued education at Bliss and Columbus State Community College, furthering her studies at Ashford University. Throughout her career, she has established herself as a thought leader and motivator within the Human Resources field. Betty continues to contribute substantial value to the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority.
